  • Premium sustainable buildings - Upper-mid to high-end assets (BREEAM and/or WELL certified) with a focus on sustainability and qualitative spacing for their users, close to public transport (reducing congestion), and preferably with complementary amenities (food retail, etc.);

  • Eco-upgrading of buildings – re-activating less efficient and sustainable buildings with redevelopment potential aiming for BREEAM and/or WELL certification after Capex investments or redevelopment.
