Speedwell
After being active respectively 16 and 13 years in the real estate business in Eastern Europe (Poland, Russia and Romania), Jan and Didier decided to join forces in 2014. Speedwell’s management is one of the most experienced foreign nationals in Romanian real estate, with full knowledge of permitting, legal and cultural sensitivities. With a complementary background in architecture (Jan) and engineering and finance (Didier), Speedwell acts as a one-stop-shop, having in-house a variety of specialists needed throughout the development process: (conceptual) architects, project- and site managers, lawyers, accountants, marketing, leasing and sales specialists.
Proximus
A project is only as good as it is maintained and managed. Therefore, Speedwell has its own Property and Facility Management company – Proximus Properties, taking care of the operational needs of all our projects, as well as a selection of third-party buildings. Our team of property managers, facility managers, technical supervisors and financial controllers ensure that the landlord can have a goodnight sleep, while also keeping the tenants and buyers satisfied. Involving the knowledge from our property managers into every project from day one gives us a better building in the end.
